I live near the Tantramar Marsh. On my walks through the Water Fowl park I see these beautiful plants swaying in the wind. In the summer they have lush green foliage and the tops of cattails are green. In the fall, as the weather gets colder, they turn brown. Their beauty, colour, and abundance inspires me.
I wanted to create a mug that has spectacular glazes to represent this beautiful plant. I think I succeeded in doing just that.
