The story Behind
Peacocks are very elegant and beautiful creatures. their tail feathers make up roughly 60% of their body. People in India believe that the peacocks are harbingers of rain. As they sense the impending rain they start making the call 'make ado' meaning rain come. When they spread their tail feathers and start dancing, it is mesmerizingly beautiful.
I grew up in India. I have fond memories of seeing the peacocks dance during the monsoon season.
